World famous, Immaculee Ilibagiza, Rwandan genocide survivor and living saint, addresses the crowd of approximately 3000 delegates at Congress XI, representing dioceses from accross the United States and some Caribbean Islands.

Some of the 40 delegates from the Archdiocese of Hartford. Delegates were parishioners from several parishes in the diocese, such as: St. Gertrude, Windsor; St. Justin, Hartford; St. Martin de Porres, New Haven; St. Michael, Hartford; and Sacred Heart, Bloomfield.
